The POLICY of RETURN
Goods purchased from a distance, can be returned according to
OUG 34/2014, its provisions are applicable only to the Purchaser is defined as

in accordance with the art. 2. par. 2 GO 21/1992 on the protection of consumers,
republished, with subsequent modifications and completions.
The buyer, the person is entitled to notify, in
writing BRASECO that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any
reason, within 14 days of the receipt of the Goods ordered it online, and can be
return the ordered item within the same period for the last 14 days.
Giving up on the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days,
it can be used only for the Goods you ordered and paid online, or
delivered by the representatives of the BRASECO / courier service, be picked up
by the Buyer from the showroom.
The returned goods must be in the same condition in which
they were shipped with all accessories, tags, documentation
received and an invoice and/or receipt of purchase. I don’t accept
the returning of the Goods which has significant physical, dings, dent,
scratches, shock, a trace of the use of excessive and / or unauthorized interference
, etc.
BRASECO is recommended to use the same service for the
transport to be used for the receipt of the original goods so that
the quality and value of the products may not be damaged.
The buyer will need to bear the additional cost
of returning the goods in case of withdrawal. The additional cost
is any cost (transport, delivery, and the diminution in value of the goods
resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish
nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, delivery charges, or for any other
kind) are to be borne by the Buyer on the occasion of the exercise
of the right of withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance.
Return policy does not apply to Goods that:
- over of a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt;

- they have been the subject of a business sale, where the Buyer has

functioning of the goods, the Buyer should handle and
inspect it in the same way that he would be allowed to do so in a store
physically.
BRASECO LTD. may refuse to work with customers who have
abused the right to withdraw the purchase. Notifications will be made
prior to the imposition of restrictions on the sale of goods or provision of services.
The purchaser shall notify the BRASECO with respect to the decision to
withdraw from the contract at a distance and by completing the application Form for the return shown on the website.
A full refund of any amounts you receive as the payment, including
the cost of delivery will be carried out in the following cases:
- the product supplied does not meet the requirements of the site,
- the product can not be used due solely to improper handling of
the courier; - the products delivered incorrectly (with the exception of the situation in which the Buyer has chosen
explicitly to a type of delivery other than delivery offered by
BRASECO).
Failure to comply with the above conditions, as well as the production
of the Good that was purchased online, by whatever means, in a state of poor
return on the market, result in the refusal of the return.
Refund of the full value paid will be made only in the event that the goods are in good condition. Damage to
the product caused by the customer or by improper use of the
product will be borne by the Buyer and the product will be
subject to return. If the product has been used, the Buyer and
can no longer be returned in good condition, BRASECO you will not be able to refund you the value of it.
Products collected by the Buyer directly to the
store / company for which the Purchaser has had an opportunity of verifying the
to the quality and specifications of the presented Policy does not apply
to a return under this section.
Reimbursement will be done within a 5 days
working days from the receipt of the physical warehouse BRASECO of the Goods in
the same condition in which it was delivered to the Buyer. The money will be
refunded to the bank account indicated by the Buyer, in the Form of a Return.
